A little clay blob with a big smile

Happie was born as a lump of red clay on the Happiemation YouTube channel — and quickly became its star. Curious, cheerful, and always peeking over something, Happie is the heart of everything this shop makes.

HappieCreation brings that same spirit off the screen and onto your shelf: handmade pieces you can hold, gift, and celebrate with.

Shipping, returns & questions

When you check out, your order opens in WhatsApp with everything filled in — just tap send. We'll confirm your total (including shipping) and share payment details there, usually by UPI to wasankarkhushi1@ybl. Your piece is made and dispatched once payment is received.

Shipping is calculated by weight and destination — enter your PIN code in the basket to see the charge before you order. We ship across India via Shiprocket's courier partners. Fragile pieces are padded and boxed carefully.

In-stock items (Ganpati murtis) are dispatched within 2-4 working days. Pre-order items are made to order — we'll confirm the making time by email before we begin, usually 1-3 weeks depending on the piece. Large sculptures like the Krishna relief take longer; we'll always agree the timeline with you first.

Clay is fragile and we pack accordingly, but accidents happen. Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery (unboxing video helps a lot) and we'll replace the piece or refund you in full. Please don't discard the packaging until you've checked everything.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch — just email us. Because everything is handmade (and pre-orders are made specifically for you), we can't accept returns for change of mind once dispatched. Damaged or wrong items are always covered, as above. Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days.

Very close, but not identical — and that's the point. Every piece is shaped and finished by hand, so small variations in texture, tone and detail are natural. That's what makes yours yours.

Yes. They're made from natural, water-soluble clay with no plaster of Paris and no chemical paints in the body of the idol. They dissolve cleanly in water, so visarjan leaves nothing harmful behind.

We only collect what we need to fulfil your order — your name, contact details and delivery address. It's used for making, shipping and updating you about your order, and shared only with our courier partner. We never sell or share your details with anyone else.
